I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, which made sightseeing super easy. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but they faced the piazza, and it was pretty noisy at night. The service was very nice, but check-in was a bit frustrating as I was given a basement room.
