Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, which made sightseeing super easy. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but they faced the piazza, and it was pretty noisy at night. The service was very nice, but check-in was a bit frustrating as I was given a basement room.
The hotel boasts a wonderful location right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for sightseeing. My room was spacious with a lovely view of the Piazza, and the marble bathroom was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, if you’re traveling with a small child, make sure to request a room with a bathtub, as that wasn’t automatically provided. Overall, it’s a good value for money with decent amenities.
The hotel has a fantastic location, right near the city's historic center and close to the Aquarium and Porto Antico. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. However, the rooms were a bit noisy in the early mornings when the staff arrived, and they were undergoing some repairs, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it offers great value for the price, especially considering the excellent service and location.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated right in the historical center of Genoa, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were quite comfortable, though a bit small, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. On the downside, the breakfast was just okay and could use some improvement. Overall, it offered good value for the price.
I had a great time at this hotel, which is located perfectly for sightseeing, with the old town just outside and the port a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a nice retreat after a day of exploring. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was pleasant. However, I did notice that parking can be a bit pricey at €22 per day, but the service and location make it worth it.
